ASSAYAG, David Peacefully, on Saturday, January 3, 2015, in his eighty-fifth year. Beloved husband of the late Esther Cohen. Devoted father and father-in-law of Leon and Nicole, James, Pearl and Sam Grinfeld. Cherished "Papi" of Laura, David; Daniel, Gabrielle, David; Lea, and Sarah. Survived by his siblings and their spouses. David will be sadly missed by his many nieces, nephews, relatives, friends and all who knew him. The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses and staff of the 6th floor at the Maimonides Geriatric Centre for their exceptional care and compassion. Special thanks to Roxanne. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Monday, January 5 at 12:00 noon. Burial at the Hebrew Sick Benefit Association Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva at his son Leon's home.
