FOGEL, Serena (nee Fischer) It is with deep sadness, that we announce the passing of Serena on Friday, July 20, 2018. Devoted wife of the late Ben. Most loving and adored mother and mother-in-law of Dora and Dr. Ronald Bloomberg, Rosalind and Harvey Zalcman. Cherished grandmother of Ken and Lori Bloomberg, Dr. Richard and Lauren Bloomberg, Caroline and Andrew Eisen, Robert Zalcman, and Corey and Sara Zalcman. Proud great-grandmother of Avery, Gavin, Jace, Marlowe, Reid, Lila, Ella and Madison. Dear sister and sister-in-law of the late Ari and Lea Fischer, the late Terry and the late Joseph Indig. Special aunt to her nieces and nephew. Serena will be greatly missed by her family, friends and all who knew and loved her. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Sunday, July 22 at 11:00 a.m. Burial at the Nusach Hoari Congregation Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva at 5888 Centennial Ave., C.S.L., from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. ending Tuesday evening, July 24.
