GOLDSTEIN, Lorna (nee Mendelsohn). Of Delray Beach, Florida, formerly of Montreal and Atlanta, with courage and dignity after a lengthy illness. Cherished wife of 46 years and best friend of George Goldstein. Loving mother of Warren and Barbi Goldstein of Plainview NY, Jeffrey and Robyn Goldstein of Atlanta, Ga. Adored Bubbie of Jordan, Haley and Max. Daughter of the late Ben and the late Sylvia Mendelsohn. Sister and sister-in-law of Howard Mendelsohn, Joe Mendelsohn, Marion Mendelsohn, and Barbara and the late Phil Grief. She will be sadly missed by her many relatives and friends. The family wishes to thank the entire staff at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York for their care, comfort and support over the last 9 years, with special gratitude to Dr. Maria Theodoulou. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W. on Monday, August 4 at 12 p.m. Burial at the Nusach Hoari Section, Baron de Hirsch Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva at the Sheraton Four Points, 6600 Cote de Liesse through Wednesday evening.
