HERSCOVITCH, Goldie (nee Rosen) On Monday, April 11, 2011. Beloved wife of Dr. Oscar Herscovitch for sixty-eight years. Devoted mother of Dr. Joel Herscovitch (Janet Howell) and Dr. Sheila David. Cherished grandma of Daniel and Marc Herscovitch. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Nathalie and the late David Stanley Litwin, Betty and the late Robert Rosen, and sister-in-law of Frances and the late Michael Bacal, Doris and the late Irving Leibovitch, the late Sally and the late Moe Goldstein. Goldie will be sadly missed by her long time friends, Sophie Shell, Ella Bloomfield and Sylvia Rosenfeld, and by her nieces, nephews, family and friends. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Thursday, April 14 at 2:00 p.m. Burial at the Russian Polish Hebrew Cemetery, de la Savane.
