MANDELBAUM, Rachel (nee Dangot). Peacefully, surrounded by her family, on Monday, December 8, 2008. Beloved wife of the late Saul (Calka). Loving and devoted mother and mother-in-law of Florence and Danny Ruttenberg, Susan Sassoon, Zav Mandelbaum. Cherished Bubby of Alan and Lori, Marla and Stuart, Marshall and Sarit, Adam, and Jonathan. Proud Big Bubby of Samara, Russell, Mikey, Hadar, Shani, Evan and Jarrett. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Malcha and Yankle, Yoca, Yossef and Yaffa, the late Nuska and the late Lonia. She will be sadly missed by all of those whose lives she touched. The family would like to thank her caregiver Lily, and the staff of Maimonides Geriatric Centre for their exceptional care and compassion. Special thanks to Nicole for her most loving care and devotion through her last moments.
