EISENBERG, David. Peacefully in his ninety-fourth year on Sunday, September 2, 2007 at Mount Sinai Hospital. Beloved husband of the late Helen Spector. Devoted father and father-in-law of Pearl and Bernard Rubenstein, Sharon Eisenberg and Herbert Eisenberg. Cherished Grandpa of Howard Lis (Debbie) and Andrea Petroff (Howard). Great-grandfather of Matthew, Jeffrey and Gillian Petroff and Jordan and Adam Lis. Dear brother of Solomon. Predeceased by Sura Malka and Rucha who perished in the Holocaust, Joe, Esther, Fanny and Abraham. Special thanks to the wonderful staff at the Jewish General Hospital and Mount Sinai Hospital for their outstanding care. Graveside service on Monday September 3 at 12 noon at the Russian Polish Hebrew Cemetery (first gate from Victoria B-28A), De La Savane. Shiva private until Wednesday evening.
