CYTRYNBAUM, Lily (Leokadia Nowak) (nee Orenstein). On Monday, December 29, 2014 in her ninety-sixth year. Devoted wife of the late Jack Cytrynbaum (Tadeusz Nowak). Beloved mother and mother-in-law of Roslyn and Norman Issley. Cherished grandmother of Steven Issley, and Jennifer Issley. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Rhona and Dave Azimov, the late Sheindel and the late Majer Cytrynbaum, the late Max Orenstein, the late Norma and the late Morris Pozniak, the late Libby and the late Fred Kalisky. Predeceased by her siblings Shloime and Hanniu who perished in the Holocaust. She will be missed and lovingly remembered by her nieces, nephews, family and friends. Heartfelt thanks to her sister Rhona for her unwavering love and devotion. We wish to express our appreciation to Doctors Goldstien, Dworkin, Popescu, and Ostroff as well as the staff of 6NW at the Jewish General Hospital for their compassionate care. We thank her caregivers Minnie, Ruth, Irene, Aileen, and especially Jennyfer, and Carol Anne for their dedication and love until the very end. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons 3888 Jean Talon St. W. on Friday, January 2 at 12:00 noon. Burial at the Russian Polish Hebrew Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva at 6785 Korczak Crescent, #1207 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. through Monday evening.
