OSMAN, Hyman (Hy) Peacefully, after a courageous battle, on Wednesday, April 4, 2012, surrounded by his loved ones. Dearly beloved husband and best friend of Shirley Rothstein. Loving father and father-in-law of Judi Gottlieb and Larry Silverberg, and the late Anita Purzak. Cherished Zaidie of Gordie and Sandy, Rodney and Lisa, and Tom and Carla Purzak; Darren and Sara, and Jordan Gottlieb. Proud great-grandfather of Myles, Lauren, Austin, Alexa, Marissa and Madison; Koby and Cooper. Brother and brother-in-law of Sam Osman, Harold and the late Sally Ludwick. Special thanks to the exceptional caring staff of 7N at Maimonides. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Thursday, April 5 at 3:00 p.m. Burial at the Russian Polish Hebrew Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva at 6785 Korczak Cr. #1106, C.S.L.
