PERLMAN, Arthur Peacefully, on Saturday, September 1, 2018, in his eighty-seventh year. Beloved husband and best friend of Anne Gabe for sixty-five years. Devoted father and father-in-law of Brian Perlman and Joan Chooljian, Heidi and the late Lorne, and Eric. Proud and cherished grandfather of Dr. Ryan Perlman and Allison Davies, Corey and Lindsey Perlman; Kelly and Victoria Perlman. Brother and brother-in-law of the late Norman and the late Marcia Perlman, the late Sylvia and the late Stan Lesser. Dear brother-in-law of Lillian Maurice, David and Susan Gabe, Alec and Rosetta Gabe, Roslyn and Lorne Ordel, and the late Sam Gabe. Arthur will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by his nieces, nephews, family and friends. Special thanks to Dr. Mark Rabinovitch and to Arthur's caregivers, Lucy, Elaine, Dora, Vicki, Betty and Margaret for their care and devotion. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Tuesday, September 4 at 1:00 p.m. Burial at the Russian Polish Hebrew Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva at his home.
