Peacefully on Sunday April 1, 2001. Beloved and devoted husband of Fay Shacket. Loving father and father-in-law of Rhona and John Blewett, Gale Grostern, Kymn and Barry Goodman of Vancouver. Cherished grandfather of Sarah, Jessica, Jason and Mark. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Sam and the late Bea Grostern, Mamie and the late Peter Tolman, Issie and the late Sophie Grostern, the late Florence and the late Max Seitz, Herman and Ethel Shacket, Shirley and the late Morris Rudd, the late Dave and the late Rita Shacket, and the late Ann Shacket. He will be sadly missed by his many nieces, nephews and friends. Funeral service from Paperman and Sons, 3888 Jean Talon West on Wednesday, April 4 at 1 p.m. Burial at the Russian Polish Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva private. Donations may be made in his memory to the Parkinsons Foundation. |
