LEVITAN, Ruth (Marie Alfreda) (nee Blackett). Peacefully, on Wednesday, October 17, 2007. Beloved wife of the late Rudolph Levitan. Adored mother of Roslyn Berger, and Shelley Levitan. Cherished Bubby of Melissa, Ryan, Luke, and Laura. Dear sister of Gerald Blackett and Clara Soucy. She was a special woman who will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W. on Sunday, October 21 at 1 p.m. Burial at the Russian Polish Hebrew Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva private.
