STEIGER, Max It is with deep sorrow that we announce the peaceful passing of Max Steiger on Thursday, August 13, 2009. Beloved husband of Dora Rotenberg, the late Rachel Colton and the late Frima Wurcel. Cherished father and father-in-law of Eva and Steven Stark, Blooma and Leonard Stark. Adored by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and by Dora's children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Predeceased by his seven siblings who perished in the Holocaust. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Friday, August 14 at 12 noon. Burial at the Russian Polish Hebrew Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva private.
