Peacefully, on Tuesday, May 28, 2019, in his eighty-second year. Loving and devoted father and father-in-law of Ricky and Mindy, Lee and Nancy, Shari, Eve, Beth and Brahm. Cherished 'Papa Jack' of Adam, Josh, Justin and Kim, and Tory; William, and Joey; Brady, Blake, and Brooke. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Eddie and Esther Lackman, Molly and the late Mike Lackman. Son of the late Victor and the late Chava Lachman. Jack will be sadly missed by his many nieces, nephews, family, many friends, and all those whose lives he touched. The family would like to express their gratitude to the doctors, nurses and staff of the Palliative Care Units at the Jewish General and Mount Sinai hospitals for their exceptional care and compassion. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Thursday, May 30 at 10:00 a.m. Burial at the Poale Zedek Congregation Cemetery, de la Savane.
