MARX, Herbert March 16, 1932 - March 19, 2020 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Herbert Marx. Beloved husband of Eva. Loving father and father-in-law of Robert and Rena Marx, and Sarah and Andrew Shalit. Devoted grandfather of Ella and Hannah Marx, Harry and David Shalit. A former Professor of Constitutional Law at the Universite de Montreal, Minister of Justice, Attorney General of Quebec and Superior Court Judge, he will be remembered for his many contributions to Quebec society.
