GLASSMAN, Beatrice (nee Young) Peacefully, on Sunday, September 11, 2016, in her ninety-eighth year. Wife of the late Saul Glassman. Beloved mother and mother-in-law of Manny and Josiane, Nancy and Donnie Rubin. Cherished Bubbie of Tina Glassman, Danny Glassman and Valerie Madar, and Samantha Glassman; Jeremy Rubin and Jessica Aflalo, and Heidi Rubin. Proud great-grandmother of Lea, Akiva and Yoel Glassman; Noah Glassman; Jace and Cade Rubin. Predeceased by her siblings and their spouses, Louis and Sonia Young, Esther and Zavel Fein, Percy and Yetta Young, Dinah and Harry Hershorn, Sam and Rosalind Young; and by Saul's siblings and their spouses, Morris and Bessie Glassman, Fanny and Yechiel Sklar. Special thanks to her caregivers, Arita and Cynthia, and to Sandy Beitel and Paul Morton of Beit Chai Residence. Graveside service on Monday, September 12 at 3:00 p.m., at the Shomrim Laboker Congregation Cemetery, Beth Hamedresh Hagodol Section (B-2), de la Savane.
