GOODMAN, Sarah (nee Katz) Peacefully, at the age of ninety-six, on Mother's Day, Sunday, May 10, 2009. Wife of the late Nathan. Adored and beloved mother of Molly (Yitz Wolanski) and Lenny (Marian Gorn). Cherished Bubby of Stephanie (Len Fixman), Renee (Lorne Rodin), Mitchell (Linda Banks), Ian (Melissa Sheffield), and Caryn. Loving great-grandmother ("Big Bubby") of Laura, Tori, Emily, Olivia, Makayla, Jillian, Zachary, and Felicia. Predeceased by her brothers, Joe, Charles, Kiva, and Aaron Katz, and by her parents and sisters who perished in the Holocaust. She will be sadly missed by her nieces and nephews and all who knew her and cared for her at Maimonides Geriatric Center. A special thank you to Laura Grant for her kind and loving care. Funeral Service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W, on Monday, May 11 at 1:00 p.m. Burial at the Zichron Kedoshim Congregation Cemetery, Beth Matesyahou Section, de la Savane. Shiva private.
