TAUBER, Benjamin In his one-hundred-and-first year, on Thursday, July 8, 2009. Beloved husband of the late Tobi Kogut and the late Basia Tauber. Loving and devoted father and father-in-law of Goldie and Morris Jablonowski, Joseph Tauber (Magalie Bouthillier) and the late Michael Tauber. Caring step-father of Eli and Sandy Kogut, Larry and Ellen Kogut. Cherished Zaida of Karin, Jonathan; Marie, Tommy, David, Aaron, Shoshanna; Shira and Eric. Great Zaida of Jack and Asher. Predeceased by his parents and siblings who perished in the Holocaust. Devoted member and friend of the congregations of Zichron Kedoshim and Shomrim Laboker synagogues. A Holocaust survivor, Benjamin will be sadly missed by his family and all those whose lives he touched. The family would like to thank the medical staff of the Jewish General Hospital 7W for their exceptional care and compassion. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Friday, July 10 at 10 a.m. Burial at the Zichron Kedoshim Anshei Ukraina Congregation Cemetery, Beth Matesyahou Section, de la Savane.
