GARFUNKEL, Marilla (Mina) (nee Unger). On Saturday, December 27, 2008. Devoted wife of the late Jacob. Beloved mother and mother-in-law of Lorraine and Andrew Szilagyi, and Elizabeth and Ivan Katz. Proud grandmother of Alison, Steven and Nili, Michael, and Melissa Szilagyi; Jonathan, Stephanie, and Gregory Katz. Great grandmother of Moshe Eliezer. Predeceased by her brother Stefan and her other siblings who perished in the holocaust. Many thanks to her caregivers Melanie and Helen. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon W on Sunday, December 28 at 2 p.m. Burial at the Zichron Kedoshim Congregation Section, Baron de Hirsch Cemetery, de la Savane.
