LAZARE, Reuben On Sunday, January 4, 2015. Beloved husband of the late Raisie Kolker. Devoted father and father-in-law of Ted and the late Lyndall of Australia, Sharon and Elliott Joffre, and Barbara. Cherished Zaidie of Sara and Niranjan, Jenna and Jordan, Jo, Marissa, Meghan, and Michael. Beloved great-grandfather of Raia and Odessa. Loving son of the late Joseph and the late Dora. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Lila and Bernie Shoub, Rhoda and the late Edward Lazare, and predeceased by brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Alick and Lillian Kolker, Max and Elsie Kolker, and Joseph Kolker. He will be dearly missed by all. We wish to express our gratitude to the 4th and 5th floor staff of Maimonides Geriatric Centre, and of the Dialysis Unit at the Jewish General Hospital. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Wednesday, January 7 at 2:00 p.m. Burial at the Zichron Kedoshim Congregation Cemetery, Beth Matesyahou Section, de la Savane. Shiva at 6000 Cavendish Blvd. #403, C.S.L., from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. daily through Sunday evening.
