WEISS, Fay 'Faige' (nee Weitz) Peacefully, after a lengthy illness, on Tuesday, November 30, 2010. Beloved wife of the late Morris. Cherished and loving mother and mother-in-law of Betty and Joe Fridell, Dorothy and Jack Stadtlander, Marilyn and Stephen Pekofsky. Most devoted and loving Bubbie of Sari and David Bercovitch, Jonathan and Jennifer (Schwartz) Fridell, Jason and Alona (Chemtob) Stadtlander, Michael Stadtlander, Jordan and Brandie (Turpin) Pekofsky, Gregory and Melissa (Hoffman) Pekofsky, and Laura Pekofsky. Proud great-grandmother of Dayna, Ryan, Ari, Brooke, Megan, Rachel and Dylan. Predeceased by her siblings and their spouses, Jack and Dora, Louis and Sylvia, Irving and Evelyn, Lily and Benny. Fay will be sadly missed by her many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Friday, December 3 at 1 p.m. Burial at the Independent Hebrew Cemetery, de la Savane.
