STRUM, Bracha (nee Pasternak) With courage and dignity, on Sunday, December 1, 2013, in her ninety-eighth year. Beloved wife of the late Emanuel. Devoted mother and mother-in-law of Gershon (Gary) and Ruth Shtrom, the late Penina and the late Samuel Carmel. Adored 'Safta' of Tamara and Jonathan Silver, Leemor and David Sigal, Leeor and Lyane Shtrom. Proud great-grandmother of nine. Predeceased by her siblings. She will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by her nieces and nephews in Israel, and family and friends. Special thanks to the doctors, nurses and staff of 2N at Maimonides Geriatric Centre, and to her caregivers, Dominga and Shirley for their devotion. Graveside service on Monday, December 2 at 12 noon, at the Independent Hebrew Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva strictly private.
