Peacefully, on Thursday, December 12, 2024. Beloved husband of Linda Liederman for sixty years. Devoted father and father-in-law of Gary Besner, Joel Besner and Diza Burnett, Jamie Besner and Lan Vo. Cherished Zaida of Joshua, Noah, Samantha, Jessica, and Jacob. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Allan Besner and the late Gisèle Bordeleau; and brother-in-law of Peggy Liederman. Uncle of Michelle and Alex Kirkwood, and great-uncle of Rowan. Morty will be sadly missed by his friends, family, and all who knew and loved him. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Sunday, December 15 at 11:00 a.m. Burial at Baron de Hirsch Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva at his home.
