CHODOS, Theodore (Ted) It is with intense grief and sorrow that we announce the sudden passing of Ted Chodos on Tuesday, February 9, 2010, at the age of eighty-three, with his family and staff by his side. Dearly beloved husband and best friend of Toni for fifty-three years. Extraordinarily devoted son of the late Samuel and the late Debbie Chodos z"l. Exceptionally loving father, mentor, anchor and friend to his son Andrew, daughter Bonnie, and son-in-law, Ted Cohen. Most precious and treasured "Papa" of Matthew and Aaron Schwarz. Predeceased by his adored sister, Phyllis Gordon z"l. Cherished uncle of Pamela Gordon, Gail and Steven Oliver. Ted will also leave many cousins, dear close friends, staff and colleagues from all over the world devastated by his loss. Ted's loveliness of character, kind and elegant manner, and his delight and enjoyment of every single day will sparkle in the mind's eye of all who were blessed (with his smiles and twinkle) to know him. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Friday, February 12 at 11 a.m. Burial at the Adath Israel Poale Zedek Anshei Ozeroff Congregation Cemetery, de la Savane.
