ABRAMOVITCH, Clara (nee Goodman) Peacefully, in her ninety-fourth year, surrounded by her loving family, on Thursday, August 15, 2013. Wife of the late Sam Abramovitch. Beloved mother and mother-in-law of Harry and Anita (Nini), Murray and Judith, and Manuel. Cherished grandmother of Kenny and Elyssa, Ilene and Craig; Avery, Tanya, and Simon. Proud great-grandmother of Olivia and Jake, Austin, Hollyn and Danica. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Sarah and the late Larry Kahne, Leah and the late Sheldon Cohen, Jean and the late Sam Guttman, the late Mac and the late Rae Guttman, the late Charlie and the late Yetta Goodman, the late Louis and the late Clara Goodman, the late Manny and the late Sadie Goodman, the late Mildred and the late Saul Globus, and sister-in-law of the late Mollie and the late Phil Lazanik, the late Sarah and the late George Bramon. Sadly mourned by her nieces, nephews, family and friends. Special thanks to Drs. Marcel Edwards, Blair Schwartz and the staff of 7C at the Jewish General Hospital for their exceptional care and devotion. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Sunday, August 18 at 1 p.m. Burial at the Memorial Park Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva at her son Harry's home.
