LEVINE, Samuel. (1936-2005) On Monday, January 24, 2005 with his immediate family by his side. He is deeply missed by Huguette Poirier, his beloved wife of forty-one years. He is lovingly remembered by his daughter Dr. Mary Ann Levine, his son-in-law Dr. Jim Delle, and his granddaughter Lily. He is mourned by his devoted sister Rachel Wolfe (the late Richard Wolfe). He was predeceased by his parents, Mary Shatz and Benjamin Levine, and his sister Annie Levine. He will be sadly missed by nieces, nephews, cousins, uncles, aunts, and by many friends and relatives. Sam was a faithful employee of Huntingdon Mills for over thirty years where he successfully supervised the Finishing Department. He was an avid golfer and an accomplished musician who enjoyed backyard barbeques and the company of friends and family. Funeral service from Paperman and Sons, 3888 Jean Talon W. on Thursday, January 27 at 11:30 a.m. Burial at the Memorial Park Section, Baron de Hirsch Cemetery, de la Savane. A memorial service to celebrate his life will take place in Huntingdon at the Legion Hall on January 29 from 2 to 5 p.m. |
