| Obituary | It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Hilda Rejwan (née Shashoua) on Thursday, January 28, 2021. Loving wife of the late Freddy. Daughter of the late Mouzli and the late Menashy Shashoua. Devoted mother of Tamara and Danny. Cherished sister and sister-in-law of Evelyn and Edward Shukur, Lisette and Albert Ades, and sister-in-law of Denise and the late Dr. Ihsan Samra, Amal the late Hayem Rejwan, Yvonne and the late Haim Lawee, Maurice and the late Vivi Khalastchi, Stella and the late David Rejwan. She will be sadly missed by her many friends, nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and community.
The picture of elegance, grace and graciousness, Hilda was kind and warm with formidable inner strength. She loved teaching at the Solomon Schechter Academy for over twenty years. She was most devoted to her children, family, and friends.
