| Obituary | On Friday, January 17, 2025, in his sixty-eighth year, surrounded by love. Adored husband of Eleanor Haines for thirty-five years. Devoted and loving father of Fayth, Jake, and Carley. Beloved brother and brother-in-law of Goldie and Morris Trager, Brenda Star, Ellen Star and Miro Turcaj; and brother-in-law of Susan Haines, Maureen and Elliot Hudes. Son of the late Gerry and the late Fay Star; and son-in-law of Marilyn and the late Max Haines. David will be fondly remembered by his nieces, nephews and their families, by his extended family, and by his colleagues and many dear friends.
