| Suddenly, in his ninety-first year, in the peak of his life, on Monday, September 4, 2023. Beloved husband of Arlene Victor for sixty-seven years. Proud father and father-in-law of Joanne Besner and Howard Grundman, Steve Besner and Sheryl Leibner, and Janice Besner. Much loved "Grandpa Bram" of Jeffrey Barkun, Jennifer Barkun and Robbie Weitzman; Daniel Besner and fiancée Tara Greenwald, Nicole Besner and fiancé Niko Koziris. Doting great-grandfather of Abby and Luke Weitzman. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Barbara and the late Marvin Silver, Barry and Betty Besner; and brother-in-law of Edward and Barbara Victor. Loving nephew of Gerry Uditsky. Bram will be fondly remembered by his nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
A people person, Bram had the ability to bring people together through the activities that he loved; music, movies, acting and particularly his involvement in the Place Kensington and Cummings Centre communities.
