Surrounded by his family at home on Saturday, April 21, 2001. Beloved husband of Mona. Loving father and father-in-law of Karen and Jeff Waxman, Mark and Ina, Jennifer and Les Samuels. Proud and adoring grandfather of Jonathan, Robert, Michael, Brandon, Matthew and Daniel. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Krayna and Tom Hecht, Billy and Cynthia (Yu), Michael and Terry Berk. Cherished son of the late Charles and the late Esther Golfman and son-in-law of Louis (Papa Lou) and the late Laura Bercovitch. He will be sadly missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon West on Monday, April 23 at 2 p.m. Burial at the Shaar Hashomayim Congregation Cemetery, Mt. Royal Blvd. Shiva at his residence. In lieu of gifts or flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the Jack Golfman Scholarship Fund, c/o the YM/YWHA, or the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. |
