In his ninety-fourth year on Sunday, March 17, 2002. Beloved husband and best friend of Helene Hoffman. Loving father and father-in-law of Richard and Chantal, Diane of Boston, Laurel and Daniel Freedman of Toronto. Cherished grandfather of Erica and Miriam; Noah and Lucas; Jessica and Stephanie. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Coral and the late Seymour Fenster, Selda and Mark Leibovitz, the late Reitta Rickles and brother-in-law of Morton and the late Elsa Hoffman, Peter and Rhona Hoffman. Sadly mourned by his nieces and nephews. Special thanks to Elvira Lynch and to the staff of the Jewish Eldercare Centre.
