| Obituary | On Tuesday, September 9, 2025, her 100th birthday. Beloved wife of the late Dr. Maurice (“Maury”) Schwartz. Loving mother of Jeffrey, Stefanie and Teresa. Cherished “Grandma” of Alec, Evan and Julia. Predeceased by her siblings and their spouses Florence and Max Rolbin, Dr. Norman and Gloria Halpern and her brother and sister-in-law Lionel and Ruby Schwartz. Daughter of the late Samuel and the late Mascha Halpern. Estelle will be warmly remembered by her family and all those whose lives she touched. The family would like to extend special thanks to her neighbors and friends Alain Moureaux, Luis and Nathalie Romero, Tessie Dawas from the CLSC, and Estelle’s nephew Jack Schwartz, for their loving care and compassion and for brightening her days.
Graveside service on Monday, September 15 at 11:00 a.m. at the Congregation Shaar Hashomayim Cemetery, 1250 chemin de la Forêt, Outremont. Shiva at her home. In lieu of gifts or flowers, please plant a beautiful tree in memory of Estelle at Tree Store. |
