| Obituary | Peacefully on Tuesday, October 10, 2023. Beloved wife of the late Dr. Norman Halpern. Devoted mother and mother-in-law of Sheryl Halpern and Norman Bazar, Dr. Lynn Halpern and Dr. Harry Schrager, Jack and Yelena Halpern. Cherished Grandma of Sonia Halpern-Bazar; Sammy Schrager; Jonathan and Mickie Halpern. Loving sister and sister-in-law of Christine and the late Herschel Victor, the late Arthur and the late Graida Victor; sister-in-law of Estelle and the late Dr. Maurice Schwartz, the late Florence and the late Max Rolbin. Daughter of the late Jack and the late Sadie Victor. Gloria will be fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews, family and all those whose lives she touched. The family would like to extent special thanks to Imelda, Cherry and Nida for their loving care and compassion and to Dr. Christopher Tsoi for his steadfast and unwavering support.
