Peacefully, on Wednesday, April 8, 2020. She was the most beloved wife of Fred Perlman. Marilyn leaves behind her three children and their spouses, Ellen and Norman Rishikof, Robert and Annette, and Charles and Carolee; her six grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren. Marilyn was a very talented person in many ways. She received a degree in architectural design from Pratt Institute in New York. Marilyn hosted and cooked for many family celebrations and dinners with friends. She was an avid scuba diver, painter and photographer, having her own dark room where she developed her photos. She loved to knit, especially for her grandchildren, needlepoint and crochet. She will be sadly missed by us all. A special thank you to Dr. Greenberg and nurse Chan, as well as the entire staff at Maimonides. Contributions in Marilyn's memory may be made to the Donald Berman Maimonides Foundation, (514) 483-2121 ext.: 2207. |
