Obituary Surrounded by love, on Saturday, January 17, 2026. Beloved wife and soul mate of Ron Robins. Loving mother of Sean Ryer (fiancée Tania Testa) and Evan Ryer (Sandrine Casis).

Devoted daughter of Marilyn and Herb Blumer. Adored stepmom of Lindsay and Phil Dubrovsky, and Brittany Robins. Cherished Grandma of Simon and Charlie Dubrovsky. Arlene will be fondly remembered by her aunts, uncles, family, and many friends. Heartfelt thanks to Drs. Matthew Oughton, Jill Pancer, Teena Abdalla, and Mitchell Stendel. Special thanks to the residents, nurses, and staff of K-6, JGH, and to Mary Baccay for their exceptional care.

Funeral service from Paperman and Sons, 3888 Jean Talon W on Monday, January 19 at 12 pm. Burial at Congregation Shaar Hashomayim Cemetery, 1250 Ch de la Forêt, Outremont. Shiva at her parents' home. Contributions in her memory may be made to the "Arlene Blumer Memorial Fund for Research in Infectious Disease" Jewish General Hospital Foundation (514-340-8251).
