NATHANSON, Robert. After years of Courageously confronting and overcoming many battles with his health, Bob passed away on Sunday Oct. 1, 2000. He will be greatly missed by his beloved wife Anne (Steinhause), his much loved daughters and son-in-law Amy Susan, Bonnie Joy and Andrew Cranin. Caring grandfather of Jesse Nathaniel and Sophie Isabelle Cranin who will miss him dearly. Brother-in-law of Sandra Steinhause. Predeceased by his sister Freda Segal, and his brothers Bernard and Peter. Will be missed by his nieces, nephews and supportive friends. The family wishes to thank Dr. Jeff Blake and Cindy Lee of the Hematology Department of the Montreal General Hospital for many years of devotion and caring. We also extend our heartfelt thanks to Dr. Anita Brown-Johnson and all the superb caregivers of the 16 floor of the Montreal General Hospital for the compassionate and loving care Bob received over the past year. Funeral service from Paperman and Sons, 3888 Jean-Talon West on Tuesday, Oct. 3, at 1 pm Burial at the Shaar Hashomayim congregation Cemetery, Mount Royal Blvd. Shiva at his home.
