Peacefully, surrounded by her family, on Saturday, September 2, 2023, in her ninety-sixth year. Wife of the late Dr. Albert W. Lapin. Beloved mother and mother-in-law of Michael and Tracy, Joanne and Gordon, Jon and Marq-André, Philip and Valerie. Adored Grandma Joy of Leah and Allan, Sarah and Patrick, Allie and Magnus, Samantha, Sam, Kyler, and Milo. Proud Great-Grandma Joy of Felicity, Isla, Hannah, and Cameron. Predeceased by her brother, Harvey. She will be lovingly remembered. A very special thank you to Joy’s caregivers at BethCare. As per Joy’s wishes, her graveside service will be strictly private. |
