| Obituary | Peacefully, and with dignity after a long illness on Wednesday, May 28, 2025 in his 86th year. Beloved and devoted husband of Doreen Diamond for 58 years. Loving father and father-in-law of Robert Rennert and Elyanne Ratcliffe, Anne Rennert Sternthal and Neil Sternthal. Proud and adoring Grandpa of Madeleine, and Raymond Rennert, Maya, and Isabel Sternthal. Predeceased by his sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Lorraine and Perry Claman. He will be remembered with love by his family, friends, and colleagues in Canada, the United States and Israel. Special thanks to Cora Dosado for her compassionate care over the past four years. The family would like to acknowledge Hawa and the entire staff at Chateau Westmount for their care and devotion.
