Obituary It is with such immense sadness that we said goodbye to Robert Deckelbaum on July 3, 2020 who left us peacefully in the Laurentians where he shared so many childhood and adult memories with his family.

He will be inexpressibly missed by his great love, his wife Denyse Dubois, who cherished and cared for him to his last minute.

He will be missed by his family who will never forget the impact he had on all of their lives and families. His brother Donny (Lily) his sister Barbara (Mervyn) and Gail (Steven), his nephew Lorne (Trina kids Jake, Jessica), David (Marechal) nieces Melanie (Adam kids Chloe), Charlotte (Howard kids Samantha, Brooke, Riley). His brother in laws Robert (Francine), Gerard (Diana kids Melanie, Sebastian), Pierre (Sylvie kids Antoine and Guillaume), Jean-Luc (Tina kid Maggie), sister in law Louise (Gilles).

Robert was an intelligent man of excellence throughout his life and enjoyed success as a real estate investor. He is respected amongst many friends and colleagues and was exceedingly generous in so many ways with his family and many charities. He was the most well read man anyone knew.

Robert will have a memorial service at Mont-Royal Cemetery on July 7, 2020, but due to current restrictions we are sorry we are not able to invite anyone to attend.
