Peacefully, on Wednesday, June 4, 2025. Beloved husband of the late Lucille for sixty-one years. Loving father and father-in-law of Gary and Abbe, Geoffrey and Sharon, and Sharon and the late Bruce. Proud and cherished Grampa of Lucas, and Sadie Gates; Max, and Dylan Gates; Michael Gates, Bethia Gates and Eric Letovsky, Daniel and Alissa Gates, and Andrea Abramovitch. Treasured great-grandfather of Samuel, Jacob, Nolan, Bryce, Spencer Bruce, and Romie Lucy. Dear brother and brother-in-law of the late Rose and the late Gus Steinberg; and brother-in-law of Nancy and the late Kenny Diamond. Peter will be greatly missed by his nieces, nephews, family, and friends. Special thanks to Mary and Chris for their unbelievable care and compassion.
