Obituary In her ninety-fifth year, on Shabbat, May 4, 2019, with her loving son by her side. Devoted wife of the late Rabbi Miklos Schnurmacher. Precious and beloved mother of Tommy (Harold Weil) and the late Cynthia. Sister and sister-in-law of Hana and the late Menashe Altman, the late Yankev and the late Suri Altman, the late Eva and the late Shaye Brecher; and sister-in-law of the late Blanka Diament. Olga will be deeply missed by her nieces, nephews, family and all who knew her. Heartfelt gratitude to her caregivers, Ofelia, Juvy, Amy, and especially to her devoted Jhonas for their incredible care and compassion. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Sunday, May 5 at 3:15 p.m. Burial at the Slumber Haven Section, Kehal Israel Cemetery, D.D.O. Shiva at 6800 Macdonald Ave., Sunday from 7:00 to 9:30 p.m., and from 2:00 to 5:00 and 7:00 to 9:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday. Donations in her memory may be made to the Jewish General Hospital Foundation, (514) 340-8251, or to the Chabad of your choice. A Holocaust survivor, who never gave up. Olga was beautiful inside and out.
