With courage and inner strength at the age of fifty-two on August 8, 2001. He was more than a loving husband and father to his soul mate Diana and daughters Amy and Vicky. Always a devoted son of Harry and Hanna. Brother of the late David (Rona). Special uncle of Cindy, Jamie, Jason, and Bradley. Son-in-law of Rickey, brother-in-law of Leona and Dominic. Jack will be remembered by everyone who loved him as a true hero and fighter. The family would like to thank Dr. Caplan, Chantal and all the wonderful staff of ICU and 7NW of the Jewish General Hospital, for their exceptional care and compassion. Funeral service from Paperman and Sons, 3888 Jean Talon W. on Friday, August 10 at 10:45 a.m. Burial at the Slumber Haven Section, Kehal Israel Cemetery, Sources Rd. D.D.O. Shiva will be held at the family residence in Chomedey. Donations to the Jack Krawczyk Memorial Fund for cancer research, c/o the Jewish General Hospital Foundation. |
