It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Carol Sherman, peacefully and with great dignity, on Wednesday, September 9, 2020 in Ottawa. Beloved wife of Gaetan Hubert. Forever remembered as the loving mother and mother-in-law of Robert and Karen Sherman, the late Michael and Tamara Sherman, David and Sara Sherman, Colleen and Ron Banat, and Lori McAlear. Predeceased by her husband Ralph Sherman. Cherished grandmother of Faith, Hailey, Chloe, Isabella, William, Aiden, Michelle, Sean, Damien, Fabrice, Simon, and Mathieu. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Kathleen Hruby, Gladys Grey, Donna and Frank Nadanyi, Elizabeth and Sergio Fini. Predeceased by Margaret Wells, Rose and Michael Wientraub, Saul and Sorrel Sherman, Sarah Kier, Molly and Marty Feldman. Carol will be sadly missed by her many nieces and nephews. She was a positive light of strength and courage; she brought happiness to all who had the opportunity to have met her. Private graveside service will take place on Sunday, September 13, 2020. |
