Peacefully, after a short illness, on Tuesday, March 9, 2021. Beloved wife of the late Gabor Horvath. Devoted and most adored mother of Suzie and Jody Mihaly, and Michael Horvath. Proudest Bubbie of Mackenzie and Ryder. Dearest sister of the late Magda Mandel. Loving daughter of the late Jeno Mandel and the late Irene Gelbman. Violet will be deeply missed by her second family at Hebrew Academy, her cousins, and her many friends from near and far. She touched many with her kindness and, without judgment or prejudice, Violet always went above and beyond to help others. To those who were lucky enough to know her, she will be forever remembered for her gracious heart. |
