On Thursday, March 26, 2020. Beloved wife of the late William (Willie). Loving mother and mother-in-law of Harry and Rose, Steve, Frank and Nicole, Peter and Jen, and the late Richard. Proud and adoring Bubbie to her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Dear sister of the late Rabbi Saul Spiro. Ruth was a long-time resident of Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts, one of the founders of the House of Israel Synagogue and well known for the beautiful “Hudson Bay” store she and Willie ran for years, and she will be deeply mourned by her family and all who knew and loved her.
