BERLIN, Ida Roslyn (nee Wasserman). On Friday, January 14, 2000, at the age of seventy-eight, Ida, wife of the late Louis Berlin, mother of Fred, left us after a short but courageous battle. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Hilda and Ted Marton. Loving aunt of Lynne Marton. Great-godmother of Matthew Bronstein and great-aunt of Kimberiey Bronstein. Sister-in-law of Irving and Esther Berlin, aunt of Ruthie and Robert, Rhona and Andy, Rosemary and Randy, Allan and Anne, Michael and Perry. She will also be sadly missed by her many adopted children. Funeral service tram Paperman and Sons, 3888 Jean Talon west on Monday, January 17 at 1 p.m. Burial at Habonim Hahofshi Congregation Section, Kehal Israel Cemetery, Sources Road, D.D.O. Shiva at her residence, contributions in her memory may be made to "the Ida and Louis Berlin Memorial Fund", co Shaare Zedek Congregation, 484-1122. She was truly an exceptional woman who had a profound effect on all whose lives she touched. |
