ALTRO, Bertha. Peacefully in her 98th year on Friday June 12, 2020. She was a very special person who was truly an inspiration and so very loved by all. Bert was the loving wife of the late Eddie Altro for 64 beautiful years. They were truly soulmates. She was an amazing mother and best friend to Annabelle (late Bill Storfer) and David (Frani) and special "Mom" to Jennifer (Ray Irvine). She was an incredible and devoted bubby to Bonnie(Dave) Matthew(Laurence) Melissa(Aaron) Randi, Jay(Fiona) Jessica and Lisa, great grandmother to Edan, Beaux, Oliver, Joah, Adam, Jade, Judy and Daphne. Predeceased by her parents Nate and Dora Lipson, siblings Morris, Chaim and Jack Lipson and Bess Spevack. Special thanks to Marcy and Tess, her supportive and loving caregivers.
