On Tuesday April 14, 2020, at the age of ninety-eight, leaving behind his beloved wife of over seventy years Magdalena (Magda) Sauber. Son of the late Ervin and the late Margarita Chobocky. Brother of the late Heini Chobocky. He escaped from occupied Czechoslavakia. In Palestine, he fought with the Jewish Brigade of the British Army until the end of WWII. In the new Israel he found and married his beloved Magda. They moved to Montreal and created a new life for themselves and impacted many. He will be sadly missed by friends and family. Private graveside service took place. |
