Leo passed away on Wednesday, March 3, 2021. He leaves behind his beloved wife of forty-five years, Leah Ohana, his three children and their spouses, Tanya and Yohann Azuelos, Jessica Hackenbroch and Adam Grosvenor, and Jason Hackenbroch. Cherished and loved by his six grandchildren, Benjamin, Abbey and Lev Azuelos; April, William and Joey Grosvenor. Loving brother and brother-in-law of Maurice and Roslyn Hackenbroch, Robert and Nova Hackenbroch, Joseph and Gill Hackenbroch; and brother-in-law of David and the late Pnina Ezra, Hadassah Ohana, Mike Ohana, Brigitte and Meir Hadad, Shaoul and Nathalie Ohana, Monique and Avi Cohen, and Sigalete Ohana. Son of the late William and the late Diamante Hackenbroch. Leo was a loving family man, always charitable and hardworking. He left us too soon at the young age of seventy-three. Leo fought hard for his life but did not suffer. We thank the team at the Lakeshore General Hospital for their compassion and all the members of the medical community who took care of Leo along the way. He will be dearly missed.
