As a result of COVID-19 complications, on Sunday, November 15, 2020. Beloved wife of the late Harry. Loving mother of Rona Solomon (Maxx Steinberg) and Laynie Stein (the late Dr. Ronald Brown). Proud Bubbie of Jennifer Solomon (Michael Spivock), Mark Holtzberg (Lori Krebs), Matthew Ross, Steven Stein (Eden Michaelov), Lauren Stein Lablong (Brandon Lablong); and great-grandmother of Jacob, Samara, Mason, Ethan, Noam, Aylie, Nessa, and Oliver. Predeceased by her siblings. Frances will be remembered by all who knew and loved her. A private graveside service will take place. Shiva private.
