GEWURZ, Samuel. Passed away January 11, 2000 surrounded by his family. Beloved husband to Berta. Loving father to Joshua and Steven. Devoted father-in-law to Linda Fern Mann and Andree Sassoon, cherished Zaida to Lauren, Jennifer, Jamie, Danielle and Mark and brother to Tony. We would like to give a special thank you to all the wonderful and dedicated nurses and medical staff of 8 West at the Jewish General Hospital and to the many devoted doctors who gave him care over the past years. He appreciated it all. He will forever remain a special person in our hearts and will be missed. Funeral service from Paperman and Sons, 3888 Jean Talon Street West on Thursday, January 13 at 2:15 pm Burial at Beth Israel Section, Kehal Israel Cemetery, Sources Road, D.D.O. Donations in his memory may be made to the Oncology Department of the Jewish General Hospital. |
